Class Descriptions

We know you're busy. That's why the majority of our classes are 25 minutes or less. These workouts are quick, effective, and usually feature Jenna's sassy cat, Kinjie. Have some time over your lunch hour? Amazing! Join us for our 15 minute lunch time express classes Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.


For days where you might have a little more time, check out our Strong Yoga classes - they each run for 60 minutes.
