Book Your Next Workout

Before booking your first class or session with us, please be sure to fill out our liability waiver and PAR-Q form, both of which are found under your profile. This will ensure we are aware of any health concerns or injuries, so that we can make recommendations to help you safely participate in the class. Once you've booked a session, keep an eye out on your email (check your junk mail, too!) for the Zoom link, and class specific equipment recommendations.
