Designed for people who are comfortable with strength training, this class incorporates some complex (multi-joint) exercises, higher intensity movements, and less rest. This class regularly relies on equipment such as dumbbells, bands, and chairs, however equipment free options are always offered. Participants should be able to safely perform functional movement patterns such as a squat, hinge, lunge, push and pull, and should be able to maintain a solid brace in the core during movement.
