Strong Yoga (Beginners)

This class is designed with beginners in mind, however, all levels are welcome. A variety of options for each posture, as well as prop suggestions, are offered to support a range of body types and abilities. This class incorporates traditional postures (known as asana) that students might see in other classes, and offers alignment cues that would allow students to experience the posture in a way that feels good for them. The class may also move slower than other all levels classes. Props such as blocks, straps, blankets, cushions, chairs, or walls are often used during the practice.
