This is an all levels interval class that involves working very hard for a set (short) period of time, and then taking a short rest. Low impact, high impact, and a variety of other options are offered for every exercise. Equipment such as dumbbells or bands are sometimes used, however, equipment free options are always offered. Please be sure to have water with you for this class.
