Private training allows me to tailor a program specifically for you! When designing a client-specific program, I am able to consider your goals, your health or physical limitations (if applicable), and your current movement capacity, as well as any equipment or space restrictions you might have. Personalized programs can also include recommendations about exercise type and frequency, nutritional support, and/or stress management suggestions. Sessions can be more than just getting in a great work out. Based on your feedback, we may spend time working on technique or form, discussing nutrition or sleep habits, or practicing exercise correctives for any movement patterning opportunities. My goal is to help you reach your goal!
