The movement assessment will allow me to see how you move through functional movement patterns, assess joint capacity and range of motion, review your health history and any previous or current injuries, as well as discuss your health goals. Based on the information gathered, I will make relevant recommendations to help you reach your specific goals, including exercise frequency, exercise selection (including exercises to avoid, if applicable), as well as general recommendations for complimentary actions such as nutrition, stress management, and/or sleep. *This assessment is not meant to replace recommendations from other health care professionals. I always recommend speaking to your primary health care professional prior to starting any exercise program.
