What We Offer

At Strong Soul Fitness + Health, we know that everyone's health journey looks different, which is why we offer a variety of ways to support you. Not only do we offer live and on demand classes (both a monthly membership, and class packages are available), we also provide private coaching, specializing in functional movement patterning and pain management. Regardless of what you choose, we are confident that you'll love your experience with us. If you don't, we'll give you a full refund. Learn more about each of our offerings below. 

Memberships

Members are given UNLIMITED access to all live classes on the schedule, as well as our On Demand videos. Sliding Scale rates available. 

Class packages

Class packages can be used to book live classes on the schedule. Both Fitness and Yoga packages are available. All class packages are valid for 1 year.  

education &
workshops

Strong Soul Fitness + Health is a Peel School Board vendor, providing EHS/SHSM programs in both the Health and Wellness and Sports sectors. We also provide customizable workshops for small and large businesses.

private coaching

With almost a decade of experience, and specializing in pain management, Jenna offers both private training and nutrition coaching. These sessions are done over Zoom.

Jenna offers a unique blend of coaching by combining her own experiences living with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome with her knowledge as a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and yoga instructor. She emphasizes pain free exercise, functional movement patterning, breath work, and neurocentric (brain first) training, all while helping you tap into your own body wisdom so that you can learn how to work towards your health goals in a way that is sustainable for you.
