Workshops, Seminars, and Education
Strong Soul Fitness + Health works with both large and small companies, as well as educators, virtually and in person. Jenna will work with each organizer personally, in order to ensure all session goals and compulsory requirements are met. Jenna's sessions are typically interactive in nature, with movement and/or application components, worksheets, visually appealing presentations, and more. For virtual sessions, Jenna is familiar with Zoom, Google Meets, and Microsoft Teams, and regularly incorporates Kahoots, Jam Board, and Mentimetre into her presentations, when applicable. Recommended session lengths are 60 minutes and up, depending on the session goals and content covered.
Strong Soul Fitness + Health is a Peel School Board vendor. Jenna offers Certification/Training, Experiential Learning/Career Exploration, and Reach Ahead opportunities in both the Health and Wellness and Sports sectors.
Jenna has taught as a guest yoga instructor for phys ed classes, and for teachers during Professional Development Days. Jenna also provides yoga and stress management sessions for companies looking to support their employees.
Best for small to medium sized groups, Jenna offers workshops on a variety of health and wellness topics including managing back pain, improving posture, stress management, creating healthy habits, and more, and can be completely customized.
