Strong Foundations 

This 8-week nutrition coaching program will teach you the foundations of nutrition and healthy eating (understanding macronutrients, reading nutrition labels, mindful eating etc), as well as how to apply that information to any nutrition goal you have (now, or in the future).


By the end of this program, you'll know what nutrition habits work best for you, you'll feel more confident in your nutrition knowledge, and most importantly, you'll know how to make healthy, sustainable nutrition choices that will support your current (and future) health goals.


This beta launch will run for 8 weeks, beginning on Wednesday February 28th. As this is a test run of a new program, it's being offered at a discounted price of $160. I have a maximum of 10 spaces open, offered on a first come, first served basis. 

What You'll Learn

Each week, you'll learn about a new topic, with everything you need to know delivered straight to your inbox. Then, during our weekly 1-on-1 sessions, we'll be able to apply what you've learned to your current health goal, and come up with ways to implement that concept in a way that works for your tastes, preferences, and lifestyle.
