Service Description

The goal of Strong Community Yoga is to create a space where all bodies and abilities can practice together (virtually), regardless of their experience with yoga asana. A variety of options are offered for each posture, and often include the optional use of a chair, a wall, the mat, or in some cases, a bed. Previous yoga experience is not required. While no equipment is required, the use of props is encouraged as a way to enhance your practice. I encourage you to have blocks (or thick novels, or a stool), a yoga strap (or a housecoat tie or long belt), cushions, and foldable blankets. Setting up near a sturdy chair and/or a wall may be helpful, as well. All registered participants that cannot attend live can receive access to the recording of the yoga class. Please Note: An email reminder with the link to join will be sent out the night before. Please keep an eye out for these emails in your promotions/junk folder.
