Restorative Yoga Replay

This practice will be available for viewing for 30 days. Please feel welcome to watch it as often as you'd like within that time frame. 

For this practice, you'll need: 
3 or more pillows, 2 or more cushions, 2 or more blankets, and a chair.

This practice can also be done on a mattress/in bed, in which case, a chair will not be necessary.

The Practice

This practice is 90-minutes long. I recommend choosing a quiet space to practice in. You're welcome to dim the lights, and feel free to play some calm music in the background. Additional props such as eye pillows, heating pads, or weighted blankets are welcomed.
