All Levels Flexion-Free Yoga Practice (59 minutes)
A chair and a yoga strap are recommended.
This is a spinal flexion-free practice. All postures are done with either a neutral spine or in gentle spinal extension. The practice includes postures done from the floor as well as from standing. There are no seated positions.
If you are healing from a back injury, be sure to speak with myself and/or your primary health care provider prior to trying this practice, as we may have additional recommendations for you. As always, it is important to listen to your body and avoid staying in postures that cause pain.
